- Source and engage caregiver candidates (CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, companions)
- Review applications and conduct phone and virtual interviews
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Respond quickly to applicants to improve hiring speed and conversion
- Coordinate background checks, references, and onboarding
- Work closely with scheduling/operations to meet staffing needs
- Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
- Previous recruiting experience (healthcare or home care preferred)
- Experience using CareerPlug, Indeed, or similar job platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings at once
- Self-motivated
- Experience recruiting caregivers or healthcare staff
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Able to identify what needs to be done and take action without waiting for direction
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
