ComForCare Home Care is a premier private duty Home Care Agency. We over 200 agencies nationwide and over 20 years experience in the industry however our Oklahoma City office is independently owned and operated and opened in 2015. We continue to have amazing growth due to our amazing caregivers. We are in search of an experienced Home Care Administrator to help continue our great success.
Home Care Administrator
As an Administrator you supervise the entire organizational operation and directly supervise the office staff and Nurses. Your core role is to ensure continuous development and talent search as we continue to grow beyond what we ever imagined during our first 3 years in business. You will ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and undertake fiscal planning by budgeting and managing operations in accordance with established fiscal parameters.

1. Baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited institution with at least one (1) year full time experience in home care within the immediate past two (2) years;
OR Associate or higher degree in a health field from an accredited institution and with at least one
(1) year of full time employment in home care within the immediate past two (2) years;
OR Certificate of Achievement in Health Care Administration by completion of a minimum of thirty (30) college credit hours at an accredited institution in the State and with at least one (1) year of full time employment in home care within the immediate past two (2) years;
OR Registered nurse in the State and with at least one (1) year of full time experience in home care within the immediate past two (2) years;
OR Evidence of achieving the passing score on the National Association for Home Care Executive Certification Program examination.
2. Must have completed an Oklahoma State Administrators course (OHCAPA 160 hour course) and examination; provide proof of current certification which must be posted at the agency; OR meet one of the above requirements to take the OHCAPA Examination.
3. If an RN, must be licensed in the state of Oklahoma
4. Per OK Section 1-1950.1, must have a national criminal background check.
